Gracie Jiu-Jitsu


Jiu-Jitsu is a Japanese martial art that was introduced to the legendary Gracie Family in 1914, in Brazil. Grandmaster Helio Gracie discovered that, with leverage, technique and timing, he could easily take much larger and stronger opponents to the ground and “submit them” with special moves.

Today, we continue this tradition, by teaching you the same Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technique used by Grandmaster Helio Gracie to strengthen and empower you on all levels.
